BMW Motorcycle Magazine launched Beemer Trivia App

Prepare to skip meals and lose sleep for here is a new and exciting way to spend your spare time. The BMW Motorcycle Magazine, a new website and a US based publisher who is currently expanding to four issues per year, thought that these days would be a perfect time for a little fun.  That is why they've recently launched their newest free Beemer Trivia App that fits perfectly for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.


This boredom killer application is a trivia game designed by and for the BMW Motorcycle fans. Test your BMW motorcycle knowledge and learn something new while playing this multiple-choice quiz game. According to Sandy Cohen, the editor of BMW Motorcycle Magazine, “BMW riders

appreciate the latest in technology, and this new app is a fun way to learn about their favorite brand of motorcycle”.

ABOUT THE APP 

The Beemer Trivia App is a fun trivia game for BMW motorcycle riders introduced by BMW Motorcycle Magazine. Through this exciting quiz, players can test their Beemer knowledge with the application's extensive collection of trivia. Players will definitely learn sufficient details regarding BMW Motorcycles as they play this game. You can challenge your friends with its online leader board (optional). One can also submit their own Beemer Trivia through this application. Plus, to make it more exciting, a bonus feature was created: If a player reaches 2500 miles for a limited time, he will be able to unlock a promo code allowing him to have a discounted BMW Motorcycle Magazine subscription.

GAME MECHANICS
In the game's basics, trivia questions will be asked. Each question starts with a full tank of “gas” and you need to choose the correct answer before the fuel runs out. If you answers quickly, you rack up more miles. Questions will become more difficult as the level arises; each wrong answer will remove a helmet from the screen. If the player commits three mistakes, the game is over.

OTHER FEATURES
Other features include pause and resume buttons - therefore allowing you to stop and continue anytime; engine, music and other sound effects. Or you may use the iPod controls to listen to your own road music. You can even submit your own questions and answers.
